Plastic Free July Macau Challenge
活動簡介
這是一個在澳洲的西澳舉行的無塑七月活動，我們希望也能夠在澳門推廣這個活動，讓更多澳門朋友能夠響應並參與減塑。
這個其實是一個很簡單的挑戰，您只需要減少使用一次性塑膠便可以了。若果要突然之間完全做到零塑通常是不可能的，所以我們鼓勵您每日減少使用一次性塑膠產品或以其他可再用產品取代，這樣慢慢習慣減塑生活，形成一種生活態度。
The Plastic free July Challenge is originally from West Australia, Australia, we want to promote this event to Macau, and we hope that Macanese can enjoy this plastic free July Challenge in Macau event.
This challenge is really simple, the only thing you need to do is to reduce the one time plastic products, e.g. plastic bag, take away box, plastic straw, take away coffee cup, etc. We all know it is quite hard to live in zero waste lifestyle all in sudden, but it is really easy to reduce using the one time plastic products in our life. We encourage you and your friends to join this challenge to enjoy the less plastic lifestyle for both our health and our Earth.

4. 填寫 『我在參加減塑七月挑戰』 簡單描述照片並標籤 #plasticfreejuly 和 #澳門減塑日常 #plasticfreemacau
就有機會獲得由 Stuffbox Store & 日本代購服務中心贊助的 Eco Wrap 2017年特別版一個。
*減塑日常生活，例如
。減少外賣、或購買外賣時自備餐盒和餐具；
。堂食代替外賣(不使用一次性餐具的堂食)；
。自備杯到飲品店購買飲品（很多澳門朋友試過都ＯＫ）；
。向"飲管、膠袋、膠羮、膠叉、膠刀、膠盒、膠杯"說不；
。重覆使用膠袋/ 減少使用一次性膠袋；
。自備環保購物袋；
。用食材袋買菜代替一次性膠袋；
。用食物盒到肉檔買肉取代一次性膠袋；

How to Participate?
1. Challenge the less plastic life (there is example below) and take the photo.
2. Join the @澳門減塑日常 Macau Less Plastic Lifestyle
3. Post the photos on @澳門減塑日常 Macau Less Plastic Lifestyle or the event page and your own facebook
4. In the post, you need to put “I am joining the plastic free July event” at the beginning and start with day1,2,3, etc and have simple description of your photo and then tag #plasticfreejuly 和 #澳門減塑日常 #plasticfreemacau #macaulessplasticlifestyle

Less Plastic Example:
。Less take away, bring your own container and cutlery
。Dine in instead of take away (Do not dine in the restaurant which is using one time plastic)
。Bring you own cup to buy drinks or coffees (Many Macanese tried and succeed)
。Say no to “straw, plastic bag, plastic fork, knife, plastic container and cup)
。Reuse your plastic bag / reduce using plastic bag
。Bring your own tote bag
。Use produce bag to buy ingredient to replace plastic bag
。Use food container to buy meat to replace plastic bag
。There are more different ways to reduce plastic, you can simply search plasticfreejuly in facebook or you are welcome to get more idea from Macau less Plastic lifestyle
You are welcomed to share this event to your friends and family.
Date: From 1 July 2017 to 31 July 2017
You promise yourself to reduce using plastic in one day, one week, one month or even one year.
